Gaia - Rebrand Strategy
Freelance brand strategist, Saima Omar, was hired to help refine the rebranding strategy for Socially Recruited (http://sociallyrecruited.com) is a UK based company that allows businesses to target quality passive candidates, reducing cost per hire, increasing reach, cutting time to hire and opening up new diverse pools of candidates. Saima started working on understanding the core story, heritage story, brand essence, created a new vision, mission, values. She also developed a Tone & Voice guidelines. Then she moved on to writing the content for all master pages of the website.





Working closely with the team, I developed a fresh brand voice and crafted messaging that resonated with their mission of targeting quality passive candidates, reducing hiring costs, cutting time-to-hire, and increasing access to diverse talent pools. This included creating website copy, content strategy, and materials to support their transition, ensuring a seamless and impactful rebrand aligned with their innovative approach to recruitment.
